Slide the pan into a 375°F (190°C) oven and let the garlic slowly roast until soft, golden, and fragrant.Meanwhile, drop your softened butter into your food processor. Add a handful of fresh parsley or cilantro. Once the garlic has cooled slightly, pour the cloves straight into the food processor. Close the lid and give it a quick blitz until smooth and creamy. For a touch of heat, sprinkle in red chili flakes. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. This is your roasted garlic compound butter.Grab a fresh loaf of French bread and make a clean slice right down the middle lengthwise. Spread that butter generously across both halves, making sure every inch is covered. Grate Parmesan cheese over the top, then add a light layer of shredded mozzarella. Slide the bread back into a 350°F (175°C) oven and let it bake until the edges are crisp and the cheese is bubbling and golden. While the bread bakes, heat a small pan and add a touch of cayenne pepper to some oil — this is the base for your hot honey. Once the oil starts to release its aroma, turn off the heat and stir roughly one bottle of honey. Finish it with just a hint of lemon, and pour it into a squeeze bottle to serve. When the garlic bread comes out of the oven drizzle it lightly with your homemade hot honey. Finish with another snowfall of Parmesan on top and a sprinkle of fresh greens. Enjoy!Did you make this recipe?Tag @thegoldenbalance on instagram and hashtag it #thegoldenbalance easy Summer Ahmed
