Let it sear before breaking it apart. Once the meat is mostly browned, sprinkle over your favorite taco seasoning and stir to coat every piece. Add a splash of water, and when the meat is fully cooked through, take it off the heat.Grab the biggest flour tortilla you can find. In the center, layer the seasoned beef, then spread down a good amount of nacho cheese. Press a crispy tostada on top for the signature crunch, then add a dollop of sour cream to the top, followed my lettuce and diced tomatoes.Now for the fold: press down gently, fold one side in toward the center, then keep folding in sections until the tortilla is fully wrapped around the toppings. Place it seam-side down in a hot skillet, toasting until golden and crisp.
