LOADED STEAK POTATOES Aug 10 Written By Summer Ahmed https://www.youtube.com/shorts/DYv1ZGpkWYoPrintWith ImageWithout ImageLOADED STEAK POTATOES Yield 4Cook time1 H & 10 MTotal time1 H & 10 M Ingredients 4 large Russetsdrizzle of oilsalt to tasteSteak:1 lb steak of choice1 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to tasteCream Sauce:2 tbsp butter4-6 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp chili flakes1 tbsp tomato paste2 cups heavy creamsalt to tastePotato Filling:1-2 tbsp butter1 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste2/3 cup mozzarella cheese1/4 cup sour creamchives or parsley to tasteInstructionsStart by washing and drying your potatoes, then poke them a few times with a fork so steam can escape. Drizzle them with some oil and salt. Wrap them in foil and toss them in the oven at 400F for about an hour. While the potatoes cook, lightly oil down a hot pan and drop in your cubed steak, seasoned with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. After about 2 minutes your steak should be done.Lower the heat and melt butter in the same pan. When melted down and foamy, add in some minced garlic, chili flakes, a squeeze of tomato paste, and let it cook down. After a few minutes, pour in some heavy cream and simmer until it bubbles and thickens. Taste and adjust with a little salt if needed.Once your potatoes are ready, cut the top and start flaking the potato into a bowl. To your potato filling add butter, the same seasonings as before, some mozzarella cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, and mix to combine.Spoon the filling back into each potato, add a generous amount of sauce to each one, and top them with your steak and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
