Then season the thighs generously with salt and set them aside. In a bowl, combine full-fat yogurt with mashed garlic, a generous pinch of salt, turmeric, chipotle chili powder, paprika, and black pepper. Add fresh lemon juice, a drizzle of honey, and a quick squeeze of oil. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.Drop the chicken thighs straight into the marinade, making sure each one is fully coated. Transfer everything back into a baking dish, spreading the thighs out evenly. You can bake them right away, or let them marinate longer.Slide the dish into a 350°F (175°C) oven and bake uncovered for about an hour. While the chicken bakes, prepare the glaze. Heat a little oil in a small pan and add finely minced garlic. Stir in harissa hot sauce, squeeze in plenty of lemon juice, then add a few knobs of butter. Kill the heat and finish with a touch of honey. For the final stretch, switch the oven to broil and let the chicken cook for the last five minutes. Pull the dish out and brush each thigh with a little bit of that glaze.Serve immediately and enjoy!Did you make this recipe?Tag @thegoldenbalance on instagram and hashtag it #thegoldenbalance chicken Summer Ahmed
