Add mustard, a good splash of hot sauce, and some pickle juice if you'd like.Sprinkle in a little flour and baking powder. Season it up with paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth; you want something that looks like loose pancake batter.Drop the chicken tenders straight in and mix them around until every piece is coated. Cover it up and let it marinate; the longer the better. Now for the sauce. Pour hot sauce into a pan and keep the heat low. Add lemon pepper, then zest in a fresh lemon and squeeze in the juice. Kill the heat completely and finish with lots hot honey. Stir it up and set it aside. That’s your spicy lemon pepper glaze. For the dry batter, add all-purpose flour to a bowl and mix in cornstarch. Add baking powder, then hit it with more garlic, chili, paprika, and salt.Pull the chicken from the marinade and drop it straight into the dry batter. Make sure to pack it on.Heat your oil to 350°F. Carefully drop the chicken in and fry for about 5–6 minutes until golden, crispy, and cooked through.Pull them out, let the oil drip, then toss or brush them with that spicy lemon pepper sauce while they’re still hot.Serve immediately, and enjoy!Did you make this recipe?Tag @thegoldenbalance on instagram and hashtag it #thegoldenbalance chickenfried Summer Ahmed
